Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
